The Opportunity

We worked alongside Caroline Cox and Tiffany Ayalik on their first feature film, Food For The Rest Of Us, during its launch at the DOXA Documentary Film Festival in 2021. Food For The Rest Of Us is a feature documentary film that follows the stories of four people who are leading a revolution to a better world, from the ground up! Portraits of an Indigenous-owned and youth-run organic farm in Hawaii, a Black urban grower in Kansas City, a female Kosher butcher in Colorado working with the Queer Community, and an Inuit community on the Arctic Coast are braided together into an unforgettable journey.

The Results

We worked with the team to secure and coordinate many interviews with outlets such as etalk, Journey’s Radio, Stir Vancouver, CBC Radio and many more!

“It’s an intimate look at the ways marginalized people are using food and farming to liberate themselves from oppression” - Craig Baird, Canada Ehx

“The feature documentary, premiering at DOXA, digs deep into how marginalized communities are leading the way when it comes to being connected to the land and to our food” - Gail Johnson, Stir Vancouver
